Restorative justice is not easy work. It asks us to sit with complexity, hold hard stories, stay grounded when things wobble, and choose relationship over reaction — again and again. That’s the work our team shows up for.

Our Board leads with steadiness and trust, making thoughtful decisions and keeping our work values-aligned even when it would be easier not to. Our staff and facilitators are the heartbeat of RRDRJ — meeting people with care, skill, and humanity, so harm is addressed, relationships are repaired, and families don’t have to navigate hard things alone.
