Implementing restorative processes like circles, conflict-resolution programs, and peer-led practices to respond to incidents that cause harm in schools-encourages behavior between students and between students and teachers that is supportive and respectful, holds individuals accountable for their behavior, encourages repair of any harms caused to others, develops conflict resolution skills and creates a sense of community, belonging and acceptance.
